By using SpeakPrint, you agree to these terms. SpeakPrint is an early-stage product built and run by one person. Read this as a straightforward account of what you can expect, not a document written to catch you out.
SpeakPrint turns a recording of a competitive-event presentation into transcript-grounded, judge-style feedback and a focused next-practice action. A vetted event rubric can produce an AI-estimated modeled score; other formats receive qualitative feedback without an invented point total.
SpeakPrint feedback is not an official score, judging result, placement forecast, qualification prediction, medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional evaluation or care. It does not diagnose cluttering, stuttering, or any other condition, and it cannot tell you why a particular speech moment happened. If you have concerns about your speech, talk to a qualified professional.
Recording, receiving feedback, and saving attempt history require a free account, by default accessed with a one-time email link (no password required). You can optionally set a password in Settings for faster sign-in. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email address (and password, if you set one) secure.
Create one account per person. You're responsible for activity that happens through your account.
You keep ownership of the audio you record or upload. By submitting a recording, you confirm it's your own voice (or you have permission to use the voice you're submitting), and you give SpeakPrint permission to process it solely to provide the service and store it in your account. That includes sending audio to our transcription provider and transcript text, selected event context, and bounded descriptive delivery signals to our grading provider.
SpeakPrint requests deletion of the transcription provider's copy immediately after processing. Saved SpeakPrint sessions remain private to your account until you delete the session or your account.
A Practice Brief is a shared rehearsal request, not an assignment grade, partnership, credential, or professional evaluation. Brief creators receive aggregate participation milestones only. They are not entitled to participant identities, recordings, transcripts, feedback, or individual results through SpeakPrint.
If you create a brief, use neutral, lawful instructions and do not use invitations to pressure participants into sharing private content. If you join, you control your private Practice Session and any summary you later choose to share.
